Software freedom and beyond through democratic workplace organizing

In this talk I will teach you how find the common interests within a group and then act together to compel the formal leadership to follow the will of the whole group. Rather than accepting the existing power structures, we can organize democratic workplaces and thus form the structure of a new free society within the shell of the old.
