The digital infrastructures we use every day like servers, platforms, cloud services, communication and storage tools are increasingly concentrated in the hands of a few large technology companies. This dependency raises urgent questions: how can we regain control over our digital tools? What alternatives exist? How do we migrate our projects towards infrastructures that we can collectively manage? What lessons can we share with those who are already walking this path?
