Translating Wikipedia through LLMs

I have a dream: to translate into Albanian 1,000, and eventually 10,000, Articles Every Wikipedia Should Have. Wikipedia has over 65 million articles across more than 340 languages. Albanian has only 100k. Editions like English and several others are of high quality. There is huge potential for translation into Albanian Wikipedia. LLMs can make this easier. During this workshop we will vibe code a Wikipedia articles translation pipeline and skill to semi-automate this process. Along the way we'll look at the state of Albanian-language LLM models, including local options, cost optimizations, and avenues for contributing to their development.
