A two hour workshop covering hand drawn frame by frame animation process using Krita

This two-hour workshop covers the use of the free and open source software Krita for hand drawn frame by frame animation production. The workshop focuses on explaining how to set up an animation workspace, making your custom commands and using the default ones, and how to build layer and folder hierarchy inside the software and out. During the workshop a simplified version of the animation pipeline will be demonstrated including the rough animation, the clean-up (line art) and coloring. This workshop is intended for anyone who is interested in the process of how animation is made and or for anyone who wants to try free and open-source software opposed to subscription based programs.
