By combining computer science with systems thinking, she identifies the structural and cognitive barriers that make platforms hard to use, and deliver WCAG-aligned insights to make complex tools usable for diverse audiences.

Finding Usability Vulnerabilities: A Hands-On Security Audit for Interfaces
Working in teams and rotating through personas (different ages, literacy levels, and accessibility needs), participants will complete real tasks on the site, document what breaks down, and pin their findings to a shared wall. The day wraps with each team presenting their top usability vulnerability and proposed fix, tabloid-headline style, to a mock review panel.
